I'm Julie Edwards, a watercolor romantic surrealist living in southern New Mexico. Through my paintings I bring forth concepts like belonging, alchemizing peace through heartbreak, and finding connection with our heart's truest desires. My hope is to make work that resonates with deeply loving people and create a space for fragility in our stillness. Each piece is saturated with dreamlike, romantic iconographies that evoke vulnerabilities deeply rooted in living this human experience. To feel all is the entire point.
